On a Question’s page: what about the meta/page title?

EDIT: it is because of Yoast and Buddypress not working well together. I fixed this with wpseo_title filter.

Hi guys

I use AnsPress on my blog (testing for now…) and use BuddyPress as user management system.

I created a test question and the question displays well, however the browser’s page title is the name of the parent’s page (the one where [ anspress ] showcode is inserted), instead of being the question itself.

Problem is here: https://breedingbusiness.com/question/is-dog-breeding-a-business/

Any fix? I absolutely need this for the SEO, and I can’t find where is it bugging in the code.

Thanks guys,

L

Simple.

Use SEO Framework [https://wordpress.org/plugins/autodescription/], because it…

Automatically configures SEO for every page, post, taxonomy and term.
Allows you to adjust the SEO globally.
Allows you to adjust the SEO for every applicable page.
Shows you how to improve your SEO with a beautiful SEO bar for each supported Post, Page and Taxonomy.
Helps your pages get ranked distinctively through various Metatag and scripting techniques.
Helps your pages get shared more beautiful through Facebook, Twitter and other social sites.
Supports custom post types, like WooCommerce and bbPress.

and…

Is written with massive and busy (multi-)sites in mind.
Is 197% to 867% faster compared to other popular SEO plugins.
Consumes 177% to 260% fewer server resources than other popular SEO plugins.
Has 15% fewer database interactions (numbers may vary on this one depending on plugin compatibility).
And has 100% fewer advertisements than Yoast.

And the author [Sybre Waaijer] has writtin extensive explanations of how it works with AnsPress in several of the threads in this forum.
