Notifications problem

Hello,

I have a problem with notifications. I can’t make a widget just like there is here. I have activated it in Add-ons and i can see it in my profile but i can’t make a widget on site. Btw, what widget is next to the notification widget from anspress here? I mean that with my profile pic? Or how do i make it? Is it from anspress too or what is it?

Edit: And this widget for non-logged user is really nice. What is it and how can I make it on my site? 😀
