Not able to submit question

Even though I have filled out the 2 fields, Its getting an error that asks me to fill in a missing field and resubmit.

I added recaptcha and it gave me a ‘Name’ field but the recaptcha timed out before the question was submited

Which fields are said to be missing ?

it didn’t say or highlight anything in the form

seems to work on safari (no name field shows up) but not firefox, chrome gets stuck with recaptcha time out. same with opera

checking ‘Only visible to admin and moderator.’ sometimes works and submits the form
