Non-logged in users can be notified

Hello,

in Design Wall, for non registered users could enter their email in the form and be able to get notified. Here I see it is only possible via registration. Am I right? or I am missing something.

Registration is long process for my clients. I want them to add question and put their email so they can be notified when I respond.
