Go to menu editor and from AnsPress section add categories menu to your navigation and save. Also you can access categories from:
http://yoursite.com/questions/categories/

can that be in a shortcode ? So I can use/show the list of categories, in the same way, in a page. Like, if I wish to show it with som custom text or so
