I followed all installation instructions exactly. When I attempt to type into the ‘Ask Question’ page text fields nothing happens. Also when I try to upload an image the spinner indicator spins but no image is displayed. I am using Genesis, Bulletproof Security and Wordfence.
I am still working this. I have activated TwentySixteen Theme andI have removed all plugins except yours, Better WordPress reCAPTCHA and UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore. AnsPress works at this point. I will add in plugins until I find out what is happening and post the results here.
Update: I found an experimental plugin that seems to be the culprit. Just deactivating it does not solve the problem. It seems to be interacting with one or more other plugins to foul up yours. If I delete just the offending plugin yours is still broken so I must deactivate all and then reactivate all but the offending. The bad plugin is heading for the Recycle bin…… And I do really like AnsPress plugin!
