I want to redirect bp profile link to anspress profile when user click there bp profile link. Plz help.

Oh, I misunderstood your question.

This cannot be done without core hacking. Download latest master branch from https://github.com/anspress/anspress and then edit user.php file: user.php and remove line 199 to 203.
