How to edit the ask form Widget?

I love to use the Ask Form widget to place on the sidebar that will appear on some pages. But the form that appears on the widget is the complete form. I will like to remove some features of the form when displaying it on the sidebar widgets.
Examples
I don’t want to display the WYSIWYG editor. I want to display a simple text area without any formatting options.
Also, the other options should be made optional (the admin decides what he wants to show on the widget).
Another idea is this:
Make it such a way that when the user uses the simple form without other options to add a question, clicking the Submit Question button will then take the asker to the main question page with all the features, where the asker can then format the question if necessary
