Fake Users signing up?

I just installed anspress on my live site a few days ago and I’ve noticed that even before adding a page link to the questions page in the menu I have users signing up with fake sounding yahoo emails. Do I have to manually delete these users all the time? Is there a way I can make it so that I don’t have fake users signing up, possibly using a CAPTCHA?
