Email notification about editing the question

Email notification about editing the question started on January 23.

In the settings, I turned off email notification about editing the question, but they still come.

The problem is that the email notification of editing the issue comes to someone else’s email, and not the author of the question.

Question is closed for new answers.

I in the code commented out the lines responsible for sending these notifications to users
