In the new version, there is no a button to edit to change the text. The theme color does not change in the WP settings.

Thanks helped, but in the footer I still can not change the text. In the settings there is no this and the edit button also does not.

You can find it in Appearance -> Customize -> AskBug Intro.

Kindly re download AskBug 3.0 if you are unable to see this options.
