I downloaded askbug and uploaded it to my site and says stylesheet is missing…??

Are you installing in WordPress themes? please check if your zip is download properly.

I downloaded it off your site. then uploaded it into my site. it says

Its look like you are installing AnsPress as theme, note that AnsPress is a plugin not theme.
