Categories no longer work in new version 4.1.10

I upgraded to Version 4.1.10 but now my categories page does not work, it only displays all individual questions. Categories is enabled in the addons page, however the disable/enable buttons no longer work either.
I can see the categories page only by using the shortcode [anspress page=”categories”], but the individual pages only display the title and description, it no longer shows the image or any questions.
What happened in the automatic upgrade to the new version to cause this, and how do I resolve it? Can I roll this back to the prior working version?
