Can’t enable any add-ons after upgrading to 4.1.9

Just upgraded but I can’t enable the Email Add-on. Here’s what it does

• Click Enable Add-on
• Popup at the bottom appears to say “Add-on enabled, redirecting ….”
• Button still says “Enable Add-on”
• Refresh page and it still inactive.
