Ok i could deactivate Convertplug but
the
WPML Multilingual CMS Plugin
i could make deactivate. I dont know why…

Ok It is very strange.
I have anspress disabled.
Only then I could disable wpml.
Now if I activate anspress I have in debug no errors.
However, the site is also not functional, because I have a 2-language website and i need wpml urgently.
Not sure what of the above is the real conflict with Anspress. Disable Convertplug and then sitepress-multilingual-cms plugins and see what is the conflict.
