ask page not loading
If you want to allow non logged in to ask question then enable it in AnsPress option->permission

No I meant if someone can contact me for the login credentials then they can view the forum and my issue. Logged in members cannot ask a question right now because the page never loads any content.

What is user role? if your current role is not AnsPress then you added basic AnsPress capabilities to your user roles from AnsPress->option->tools

The user role is subscriber and they already have all the basic anspress capabilities. Is there an email I can send the credentials to so someone can take a look at this on the back end please?

Maybe I haven’t worded this question properly. Let me explain.
User logs in
user clicks member forum and is taken to the questions index page
user clicks “ask a question” button (url: http://www.moasc.org/forum/ask)
page loads without any content.
This occurs with all users (admins, subscribers, etc.)
help?
