Anspress V3 latest update as of 1 July 2016
My Worpdpress error_log is FULL of these (9mb just with Anspress errors):

There is nothing wrong in our source code in theme.php on line 622. Try to re-update your file may be its not complete. You can verify your file using GH repertory. Just made a push fixing your second issue.
