another 500 error question….
Hi,
After working with the plugin for a while, I suddenly started getting 500 errors when asking a new question.
This is the link for the main Q&A page.
and the error text is:
“Error 500 – Internal Server Error
An error was encountered while processing your request. Typically this is a temporary condition. Please contact the web site owner for further assistance.”

Ok. If this is a permissions problem, it is unrelated to Anspress. Since Cron is for the whole WordPress.
In any case Files Permissions should be 644 and Folder permissions 755. Maybe you should ask your hoster for support on this, in case you don’t know what you are doing. Permissions is a very sensitive matter for security and the general health for your WP.
Impossible to guess. Enable debug and check the log. Usually a white screen of death means some fatal error.
For me many times it was “out of memory” for WP. Now i run with 256 mb allocated for PHP.

ok, fixed the permissions problem, and now the ask question page is just blank.
checked for plugin clashes and it seems that there’s a problem there with the Page Builder by SiteOrigin and anspress.
any smart insights on this?
