No, that is error wich I become when I enter the q&a page on my website. _rosadonna.ru/consultation/
This not an error FROM Anspress. Maybe some conflict with a plugin, so try to disable one by one.
Also MAYBE a problem with Jetpack, if you have that installed and active.
Or your theme ?
(hint: go to your permalinks and SAVE them once)
before update I had not some errors like this. At the moment I have so much problems with this plugin.

Please follow the standard debug procedures. Enable debug of WP, disable one by one the plugins, switch to the default theme.
