After posting, the time stamp is wrong. It says posted 2 hours ago. I downloaded the updated plugin from Github, but it didn’t help. I also deactivated all my plugins and tested it again, but it didn’t work. Also in the stats it says  “Last seen 2 hours ago”.

I found this post from a few months ago with the same problem https://wordpress.org/support/topic/bad-time

I tried the AnsPress download available on this site and the error is now resolved. 🙂

No, I was wrong. For some reason, it’s acting up again. I’ve been working on this plugin for 2 days. Some help would be appreciated.

Excuse me, run your site on host or on local (XAMPP/WAMP)?
Your issue not reported up to now.

No, I wasn’t blaming you. Just sharing my state of madness (craziness).
My site is hosted at Bluehost.

1- Please check your WordPress time zone.

2-

Have you tried:

– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Great! It worked when I changed themes. My theme is absolutely necessary for my community website to work. Do you know what changes I can make for it to be compatible with AnsPress?

🙂
Can you make a little test? please deactivate anspress then active your theme. now check your post times in your blogs or comments? Now if they are wrong again, your theme is not compatible with wordpress. But if that times are true, your theme is not compatible with Anspress. What’s your theme?

Morteza, Thanks for helping the community.

You’re Welcome! You helped me more…. Thank you again and more…
I was addicted to this site!!
You need your times for releasing new version. 😉

I agree! Thanks, Morteza 🙂 The correct time shows on the rest of the site, on blogs and comments, with or without AnsPress activated. The time problem only appears in AnsPress posts.

You’re welcome! 🙂
I have checked AnsPress on about 30 free themes (like Hueman, BuddyDocs, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2015, i-max, flat and …) and premium themes (like Avada, Enfold, Be and …) , and no “time problem” ( ≠ without problem) was exist. So It seems your theme causes the problem.
