404 error on profile page

This is a follow up to/same issue as https://anspress.io/questions/question/404-error-on-profile-account-menu/

I’ve installed query monitor and no errors show.

Also, checked to ensure profile page is set and resaved permalinks.

FYI – running anspress on WordPress multisite with BeTheme however, error shows up on default WordPress theme as well.
