Really nice plugin. Gave it Five Stars.

1) Can this plugin be optimized for being displayed on Mobile PHONES ?

2) Can this plugin have the ability for Users to “Follow” other Users’ QUESTIONS so that they are notified when answers are posted to the questions they “Follow” ?

Presently, you can follow the User, but NOT their individual Question.

3) Can the Admin be notified about new Questions and Answers that get submitted ?

4) Can contributors be notified when their Question has been answered ?

Yes yes you can follow question, don’t you see a favorite button below question title ?
I will work on mobile optimization.

Yes most of features are there, admin get notified when new answer or question posted. Participants also get notified for changes in thread. You can follow question but I am working on notifying them.
