display comment form to Unauthorized user
When an unauthorized user tries to write a comment, and in the settings it’s bloated, then the error “Unable to post comment” appears.
It is better not to authorize the authorized user to show the authorization form. I’m using a standard theme

Yeh, its a good point. I will hide comment form.
