Can’t install your plugin
I just tried to install your plugin and I have this error when I want to activate it :
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ap_page_title() (previously declared in /www/wp-content/plugins/alphabetic-pagination/inc/functions.php:19) in /www/wp-content/plugins/anspress-question-answer/includes/theme.php on line 56

What is your php version ?
Also could be a conflict with some plugin (alphabetic-pagination???) or theme. Just follow the std WP debug. Disable and enable one-by-one. Also enable WP debug log and let us know.
