display images when asking or answering questions

I am very interested in this plugin “Q & A”, but i would like to know:
1. can i display photos when asking or answering questions.
2. when visiting from a mobile device, can it automatically have a camera capture function?
an example is the comment session of this link. when viewed from a mobile, you can attach an image by taking a camera photo.

Hello Lin,
You can add image to q&a by clicking IMG button in editor toolbar. Currently AnsPress dont not support direct image upload, we are working on this feature and will be available soon.
We will use core WP upload functions to upload images, I think they support capture from camera when on mobile device.

i found some Q&A plugins that allow adding image when asking a question but they don’t allow adding image when answering the question.
can i add image when answering a question?
