cant submit question

Hi,
unfortunately I cant submit any question.

when I select submit button, page refreshes but nothing happens and nothing is shown in questions page.

There was a JS issue in your page:

TypeError: $(...).bxSlider is not a function

Fix this and issue will be solved.
