Anonymous comments on answers

This plugin is great and everything so far is working as expected with the exception of being able to leave comments anonymously. I saw someone else asked about this a year or two ago, but nothing recently with regards to whether we can allow comments on answers from anonymous users.
I’ve tried all of the various settings within the plugin and within WordPress as well and nothing fixes the red error box appearing “Unable to post comment”. Only when I am logged-in as admin of my website, can I post a comment.

The “Unable to post comment” error for anonymous users, while working for logged-in admins, is a classic sign that your core WordPress Discussion Settings are blocking guest users. You must go to Settings > Discussion and ensure the box for “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” is unchecked. If that doesn’t fix it, the problem is likely a conflict with another plugin (especially e-zpassin security or caching tools) or a setting specific to your commenting plugin that overrides the main WordPress configuration, requiring you to temporarily test by disabling those other plugins.
I’ve been struggling with this problem as well! I really hope that they could fix this issue. :-/
