Add comment doesn’t work

Dear AnsPress
For the past 2 weeks, the add comment has stopped working. It is possible to answer questions, however after clicking the add comment option, the page twitches and the comment box does not appear. The screen freezes (unable to scroll) and must be refreshed after this happens.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
