Search Page not showing up

First, I would like to thank you for the script. It is far better than many other Q&A Scripts i have tried on WP. I am just facing two issues on website.

1. After typing the search bar it points to search of main theme. Have a look at My Website.
2. While typing in “Title” of “New Question” page. The width is less and I am unable to change it.
