No, closed questions are not deleted. Closed question means, no new answer or comments can be posted.
If your posts are disappeared after upgrade then please run upgrade process. You’ll see a notice in wp-admin to run upgrade process, if not then visit this link:
https://your-domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=anspress_upgrade
You can also use WP_Cli to upgrade from previous version. Simply run:
wp anspress upgrade –yes
