Hello!

I have a big problem with my website. I ordered a new license for my AnsPress Theme and I already paid it, but it didn’t work really. The next problem is, that my Theme is no longer correct. All my views and answers are gone. You can see them on the Dashboard but not on the website. I hope someone can help me!

Hello,

I noticed that you are using older version of AskBug theme with AnsPress 4. Please follow this to upgrade to latest versions of AnsPress and AskBug:

  • Disable AskBug theme
  • Update AnsPress to latest version
  • Login to AnsPress.io and download latest version of AskBug
  • Manually replace previous version of AskBug with newly downloaded one
  • Activate AskBug

Everything is upgraded. I don’t know what you mean with AskBug. I don’t have anything like that. But I think it is a problem with the license! It’s not activated but I buyed a new one already but the license code was the same. Maybe that is the problem?

Hello,
Did you run AnsPress upgrader? Also update AskBug to latest version manually if required. Automatica update for older version of AskBug has been disabled.
