profile page not loading
Hi,
first of all, thanks for the great work.
I’m encountering a problem with a test site i’m building for a client. I can’t get the profile page to show up. I did check the user pages slugs, deactivate/reactivate the plugins and the bug keeps being there.
hover on avatar keeps loading but nothing appears either.
do you have a hint on how to resolve this ?

I found out it is related to the theme i’m using (qode bridge). I switched themes and everything was fine.
Hi, I encounter the same issue and I’m using the basic Divi 3 theme with it’s theme builder. After making a test on an empty local WordPress, it seems that the theme + child isn’t the problem. just a bit slow at loading maybe.
Now I have to find the actual origin of my issue, but am not developer. user slug and permalink saving was done a few times without more success up to now.
Any other ideas ?

thanks for your answer. I actually tried version 4 but profile page was loading but not displaying much. The main problem is that we will soon import an old forum with a lot of data and the users.
And the site will be launched a little bit afterwards. So I guess it would be safer to stick to version 3 unless the new one will hit stable stage soon..or if you recommend me to go for the upgrade.
edit : hover seems to work now (!?) but the profile page is still not showing up.
Not showing up means?
Whole page blank?
Did you set proper user page slug in options?
Save permalink once?
Please check if there is any error in log related to user page.
Please give AnsPress 4.0 a try.
