Update problem. wp-admin does not load.
I just updated to the latest version of Anspress, and my wp-admin now does not load.

I reinstalled WordPress core files and uploaded the older Anspress version through FTP. But the question page still shows the new design version of Anspress, and the admin page does not load. Something is stuck.
