Currently there is not any extension for achieving this but can be easily done using other checkout plugins.
For example, you can use Easy Digital Download plugin.

Then once i have downloaded this plugin , how do i use it to connect with Anspress featured questions feature. To make users pay to feature their questions for a certain amount of time.
