Add comment doesn’t work

For the past 2 weeks, the add comment has stopped working. It is possible to answer questions, however after clicking the add comment option, the page twitches and the comment box does not appear. The screen freezes (unable to scroll) and must be refreshed after this happens.
Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

For the past two weeks, the “Add Comment” feature has stopped working. While I am still able to post answers, clicking on the Add Comment button causes the page to twitch, and the comment box never appears. After this happens, the screen freezes (I am unable to scroll), and I must refresh the page to regain control. EZ Pass NH
