Where is the user page?
I have installed the plugin, but can’t see the user page that display all users. How can I create one?

That page was removed from AnsPress long ago due to people complaining that it shows all users login name in.
If you want you have to code that your self or you can look into previous version of AnsPress here: https://github.com/anspress/anspress/blob/2.4.7/theme/default/users/users.php
