i had the same issue. buddypress avatar overwrite anspress avatar functionality. so if you upload avatar from buddypress profile, then your avatar would display in anspress.

if you see "comment" link, that means its already turned on. refresh your page and try again? do you see any javascript error? try to disable other plugins?

View Questioni dont think the current version supports it. you can install myCred plugin, hook up with anspress reputation meta key - "ap-reputation" i think, then you can add/delete anspress reputation from myCred.
