I had WP consultant install 4.0.5, and deactivated 2.4.8 but that did not work. Anspress stopped working so I reactivated 2.4.8. See image. Now it says Anspress not complete installing. Not sure if I should...

Rahul, is it possible to do the upgrade without using WP-Cli?  Can I just upgrade from within WP if I am upgrading from 2.4.8 or is there a reason I have to learn how to upgrade with WP-Cli?

I can't find my "Settings" or "Profile" tab when I log into my anspress.io account here.  See attached image.  I see all my purchases but where are my settings and profile so I can change my password,...

Can you recommend an Anspress "partner" that can do this for me at an hourly rate? Or are you available at an hourly rate? Alternatively, I can post it in this forum, is that ok? George

Thank you Cagliostro.  I'll bring up the php 7 issue with Godaddy and get their roadmap.  On the phone with them now. So, where does that leave me re upgrading Anspress to 3.7 or 4.0 from current 2.4.8?...
