Ok, the previous goDaddy tech support made a mistake php 5.6 isn't out until Dec. 15th.  The tech support guy who correct the previous support person said WP on their blog says 5.3 is the minimum php...

Thank you Cagliostro.  I'll bring up the php 7 issue with Godaddy and get their roadmap.  On the phone with them now. So, where does that leave me re upgrading Anspress to 3.7 or 4.0 from current 2.4.8?...

Found Custom CSS in two places "Visual Composer" and "VC Extensions" and I assume it doesn't matter which one I use.  When I pasted in your code I got two errors: Heading  (h1) should not be qualified...
