There are many jQuery error in you theme may be that is preventing AnsPress ajax response.

Go to menu editor and from AnsPress section add categories menu to your navigation and save. Also you can access categories from: http://yoursite.com/questions/categories/

Check in AnsPress options -> roles

Has this been solve because i’m having the same problem am trying to hide a user profile to make it easier but no of luck

This is great news for notifications. Did this notifications are in real time without a refresh a page? And did this notification have sound?
