I’m running a WordPress site with Woocommerce, ActiveCampaign and Memberium. It’s a membership site. We have been running the support ticket system with great success until recently. My users are now seeing “You are not allowed to view this ticket.” As an administrator I’m not seeing this. I’ve checked through systems to see if I could find what would cause this – hoping it’s something quick and easy. Anyone recognize this issue and have a fix?
Everything about it looks great. Only one problem it doesn’t display questions. I can see the question list but cannot check any contents.
It’s just showing 404 error when i click the question title…

Thank you for this amazing plugin. Everything works nice. However I’ve noticed that after sending an answer no notice is shown, and fields remain filled with text. So, there’s no way to realize whether the answer has been sent. As consequence I receive the same answer many times, since the person clicks on the submitting button several times because there seems not to be any action taken by the plugin.
Any suggestion?

- LocoTranslate is still not working to change the template text on my site. I want to change “Question in one sentence” to “Post in one sentence” for example. Nothing is working.
- Can’t upload images at all in the question form. Just loads and loads and does nothing.

I just update the plug-in and I see that I lost a lot of translation done with loco.
The .po and .mo file has the date of now, so are been overwrite.
Is it normal? oO

…….and, honestly speaking, we probably shouldn’t be using the Advanced TinyMCE plugin in the first place – so we might just completely delete it entirely. But, I was just wondering if anyone else using the Advanced TinyMCE had done this before & had the snippet handy.
