I would like to show the answers done by the author of the current post. Is that possible? Is there a shortcode for that?
Hi there,
first of all, thank you for your plugin. I am planning to purchase your theme but I do not know how are you counting the number of licenses.
I have two multisite installations (same site but different domains each one per country), Is it one license per multisite installation or per subsite?
Also, does the license expire? I mean will be getting the right to get the updates for free forever??
Thank you very much for your time!!
ps: I have not found this information in the site sorry if it is answered anywhere.
Hello…Please help. When I answer a reply because it does not display the icons?
So, once I add a category description here: https://prnt.sc/k82kne
It shows up here just fine, right: https://woocamp.com/questions/categories/increase-woocommerce-conversions/
But scroll down that page a bit https://prnt.sc/k82m3h and you\’ll find this question:
https://woocamp.com/woocommerce-help/test-ask-question-for-higher-conversions/
Why is the category’s description showing up in the actual question itself? That doesn’t seem right.
Hi! When a user registers to Anspress in a site I manage, they receive an email containing an account activation link.
This is an example of the link: https://www.diyford.com/answers/?activate=30&_wpnonce=7497469307
But then when they click it, it goes to a 404 page, but the activation seems to have occurred, because the resulting URL is this: https://www.diyford.com/login__trashed/?authentication=success-activation
Can you help me resolve this? How do I fix it such that a proper confirmation page is shown? Thanks.
Is it possible to expose the question category in the e-mail template? I can then use forwarding rules to forward new questions to the \”owners\” of a certain category.
I want that title should not be shown on the screen or it should be optional.
hi, do you know a math editor or plugin to work well without problems with anspress?
i want to create equation and mathematical formulas into questions and answers.

Wait, what? Even as the Admin, I don’t have permission to ask a question?
https://prnt.sc/k7rhzd
uhm…….no wait. I can ask a question. Just after I read the part about “I don’t have permission to ask a question” 😉 wait, whaaaaat?
Backend Settings:
https://prnt.sc/k7ricj
Anyone logged in should be able to post a question, right. And they can. So why is that alert still showing up?
https://prnt.sc/k7riqs
Even the role capabilities (especially for the Admin) are set correctly, right?
Ok, I’m the idiot who actually searches the questions & tries to read as many docs as possible. Surely it’s right under my nose and I’m missing it. So, what in the world am I missing?
Hello,
After updating to WordPress ver 4.9.7, which contains an update to TinyMCE (ver 4.7.11), whenever I click inside the answer editor (on the front end), the toolbar disappears. This is happening in multiple browsers on multiple computers and with users with different roles.
The first image is how the answer editor looks when the page is loaded. The second image is after I click inside the “Write your answer…” area.
In my troubleshooting attempts, I noticed
<div id=”answer-form-c” class=”ap-minimal-editor”>
gets changed to
<div id=”answer-form-c” class=””>
after clicking inside the answer area. When I manually add the class back using my browser’s developer tools the buttons reappear. I cannot find any CSS styles assigned to ap-minimal-editor nor can I figure out what gets run when I click inside the answer area.
WordPress ver 4.9.7
AnsPress ver 4.0.5
Has anyone else run into this issue or know how to resolve it?
Thanks,
robertg
