The only way i can think of is to do this with Advanced Custom Fields. You can create custom fields there, add them to the anspress editor and then set it as required.

This issue appears, simple because Askbug is not published to the wordpress theme repository (because it's not free). So automatic update will not work. The right way to update is, to Login to your webspace...

No that's not possible, because Anspress logic completely relies on wordpress (custom post type)

Of course you can do that. The plugin is open source. You can even customize it, if you want 🙂 If you want to create a private website, you have to restrict the access to the page. So this is NOT handled...
