This will happen only if you are trying to load AnsPress shortcode inside it. Can I know how you are calling AnsPress shortcode?

maybe u guys can fetch the clock from WP settings rather then server. or create your own internal clock

There is one solution we are using with some WP and a forum. Instead of sending emails right away, queue them and send them slowly. Several plugins exist, we use the following: SMTP Mailing Queue That way, (almost) all shared hosting plan can be used.
