I want to add new custom field on the form and want to see in backend what ever the value user add ? Kindly reply is urgent?
I would like to change the back ground image for the log in pages but I do not know how. I attached image.
I hope you’re doing well! I have added the search functionality to my site with the AnsPress plugin (also with tags and categories), but every time I search, I am returned to my site’s home page. No search results return. I have tried searching in the default search bar given upon download (below):
No results are returned when searching in the box “Search questions” above.
I also tried adding search functionality in WordPress through “Appearance – Widgets” by adding “(AnsPress) Search” to the menu “AP Lists Top.” No results are returned in this search either (how it is displayed below).
How can I get the search function of this to work? I appreciate it!
We want to create one additional category where only admins can post questions. Other users can answer the question and comment but cannot post their question in that specific category. How can we do that?
Hi,
I have requested following features earlier too. Please check if these are possible to implement in near possible (or if you have already implemented in current update, point me where, as I am unable to find them) –
1. Read-only mode (option to disable for any kind of new posting, temporarily)
2. Restrict ask new question to user having ‘x’ number of points.
Thanks
I want to make a new type of question status called “invisible”. I need this for many reasons, but I was wondering if there was a way to make a new type of status quickly using a filter or something. If not, I can start to grind out some code, but I thought I’d check first.
Will there be an upcoming feature where users are not allow to find their own questions in the question list? Stackoverflow has this. When you make a new question, then go to their questions list, even if you sort by “newest” on top you still don’t see yours. This has an added benefit of forcing users to have to go to their user profiles to find the question, so they get to explore an area they might not know about.
