Sry, it is actually made private. I have a plugin to show custom post types in the loop so I have to manually delete those if set to private.

Still doesn’t save the de-selection of “Base page slug before question permalink”.  Questions/ question in the url is just one more thing that looks unprofessional and probably hinders SEO.
