I’ve spent the good part of all day trying to figure this out. I am the admin and I can send and receive questions that will show up in my gmail just fine from myself or any of the other team members on the site. However, none of them can get anything in their gmail when they or any of the other team members send a question. Can anyone give me a direction to try to narrow down where the problem is? I even made one of the members and administrator, but that didn’t work. I also went into AnsPress and gave the users all permissions. Hmmmmm.
I have AnsPress integrated with BuddyBoss. As an Admin, I am able to ask and answer questions and see them in my gmail. Also, if a member of the site under Author role asks a question, I get it in my email. However, if I ask or answer a question or anyone else asks a question, it does not show up in the email of any of the members. So, basically, I can ask myself questions but nobody else can. Has anyone had this issue before?
On a side note, all members are able to see discussion interactions from BuddyBoss in their email so I know the email through Sendgrid is working fine.

We love anspress and want to use it for our site. We have a special page for specific users where they can ask questions. But we dont want them to leave the page. As soon as you click on “ask question” a new page is opening, what can we do to let them stay on the same page/url?

Hello, please tell me how to display a separate field for subcategories. So that this field appears after selecting the main category. Because if there are a lot of categories and subcategories, this is not a very convenient way for the user to choose the category that is needed.
I recently set these Posting Permissions to Moderate because when our users were allowed to post freely, we would see inappropriate content.
Now I would like to know, where can I view the Questions and Comments/Answers that need approval? Will I see that in the plugin settings on WordPress or on the plugin placed on our actual site?

I want to merge 2 sites together, one is a brochure site, and the other is a site using AnsPress. I want to integrate AnsPress into the brochure site.
I have installed AnsPress on the brochure site, but I do not see any export options on the existing site that uses AnsPress. Is there an easy way to do this?
