I read shortcode document: https://anspress.io/resources/faq/which-shortcodes-are-available-in-anspress/

For example, the question id is 18540, and I tried several ways to output an specific question:

[anspress id=”18540″]

[anspress id=18540]

[anspress 18540]

[anspress “18540”]

Those shortcode seems all work, but no one exactly output the question of ID 18540, they all out put full list of questions.

So, what is right way or format of using shortcode for this purpose please? thanks.

When I try to filter based on tags, it works on the questions and other sub pages. But it doesn’t work on the home page.

Basically :

https://website.com/question/?tag[]=38&order_by=newest works

But:

https://website.com/?tag[]=38&order_by=newest doesn’t work.

 

I’m using Anspress 4.0.5 and Askbug 3.0.9

I use the template is avada.
After answering the question, I can not see the answer in time.
I found some errors.Turn off the “Slider Revolution” has fixed some errors.
Then the administrator reply question is normal, such as attachments.
But the subscriber reply question is no way to see the answer.

How can I fix this function?

Hi Guys,

I’ve been trying to figure out a way for users to input their name and email address when asking a question – but so they don’t have to register on the site but can get notification when someone replies etc etc.

This is a private Q&A forum so SPAM isn’t really an issue.

I’m sure this must be possible but can’ t figure out how.

Can anybody help?

I believe the TinyMCE Link > Settings > Open link in a new tab option is not working. For example, here is a link to Google that I created using the TinyMCE Link button that is configured to open in a new tab: Google in a new tab.

The link above will not open in a new tab.

An image or media that was deleted from a new question can not be re-attached.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Ask question
  2. Attach an image
  3. Click the trash icon to delete the image
  4. Try to select and attach the same image
  5. That image won’t appear in the attachment section
