Hi,
I have installed the plugin and made sure that all Anspress pages have the shortcode. I created a “Forum” page to use it as a base page and pasted the anspress shortcode too. But when I try to load the forum page, I get the famous blank page.
I activated the WP debug mode but I have nothing in my debug.log file. I also installed the debug bar plugin, and nothing.
I installed the Health Check plugin, same. I removed all unused plugins, and made a troubleshooting to see if there is a conflict with the activated plugins: nothing. The only thing that makes the Anspress plugin work is switching to a default theme.
Can someone help me solve this issue please? I read every post in github and Anspress cummunity, I read the FAQ, the installation guide, but couldn’t find any solution.
Hi there, Can not comment on a Ans or Questions , if I click on the Comment button then it not working. When any one posted any question then he can not comment on the answer of that question. And the account Who posted the ans he also can not post comment. So who can post a comment on any question or ans?
Hi there, We have some Parent Category and each Parent Category has some Sub Category. When we post question then we will select the Sub category and there show the count number, how many question. But in the Parent Category still the Count is show zero. But in Parent Category, need to show the summation of count of all sub category under it. How can get this?
Though I installed AnsPress to WordPress 4.9.16, no effect appears.
That is, no questions page, no short code working, or no setting menu.
Any advise?

I’m trying to add ask question easily in buddyboss. BUt the link under profile menu goes to TLD/qa, with no ask question buttton on that page.
How do i remove this Q&A link from profile menu? I want to replace it witha new Q&A link under profile menu, to a page with ask question on it

Using WP version 6.3 and Anspress v 4.3.2
When looking at a question and then clicking in the answer section to add a new answer I get an error when using Chrome and the editor doesn’t load properly. Firefox works fine.
In the profile page of users, their name is not being displayed, instead it shows “Anonymous” and also does not show the details of Questions asked by them and Answers replied by them.
Please let me know how to go about it.

when I go to link under profile of buddyboss theme. Qanda appears. But it goes to a page without the Ask Question button.
I want the Ask Question buttons obviously found with that link, as well as the other parts such as each question in the list.
how do I stop main menu item opening that link without the button?
Hello, our webpage is using AnsPress for a long time, but recently we have changed the web a little and now AnsPress keeps crashing on mobile version. What can cause this to happen? Maybe you could see a problem, because it just says critical error happened and nothing more.
