After clicking on "update now" it runs and then says update completed. But then again it shows notification in wordpress update and still in not updated mode.

"Asker can answer" was not checked. I have done it now and the option of answer for anonymous question is working now. Thanks...

When someone leaves the description blank while asking the question it says "This seems to be a duplicate question. A question with the same question already exists."
